Troubleshooting

Some browsers can’t preview HEIC. Convert first—the JPG preview will show after conversion.

Conversion fails

Ensure the file ends with .heic/.heif. If it’s very large, try again or use a slightly lower quality.

JPG too big

Reduce the quality slider. You can also compress the JPG after conversion.
